Hey there, and welcome to your first day as the HR manager of our prosperous company! I heard you got the highest evaluation score then all the other probationers. 

Congratulation! It means that you are just the person that I was looking for. You see... it seems that our workers became a bit too violent recently, and... Oh? No no, It has nothing to do with salary, I assure you. Most likely something insignificant, I'm sure its short termed. 

You ask what it has to do with you? Well, this is where you come into play my friend. While we will be investigating the problem, it would be your job to keep them in line and make sure they stay conscious enough to be productive. Nothing complicated, just drag them around if needed.
